What we offer:
Adult Counselling
We have worked in supporting adults of all ages navigate the issues they are facing – some of these have included: working through issues from childhood, including childhood sexual abuse and trauma in all its presentations, working through anxiety, depression, grief and loss to name a few. We do not see anyone as “too hard” or “too complex” and if we are not the right fit for you we will work to support you to link in with someone you to ‘click’ with. We commence each session from a position of curiosity around what may come up and we will navigate the spaces together.
Supervision
Sarah is trained as a social work supervisor and has supported a number of people as an external supervisor from both a social work perspective and a narrative therapist.
We also collectively have experience running peer supervision spaces and could offer this if there are a number of people interested in having some collective supervision/group sessions.
Families and Children
We have a strong interest in working with children and offer a playful and creative space where we can connect with them where they are at in life. We can potentially arrange to meet at your home/safe place/school for the sessions. (Please contact us to discuss further). We have a strong interest in supporting strong attachment relationships and would seek to incorporate family/safe people into these conversations. We enjoy the playfulness of working with children and creating spaces to a positive relationship to therapy.

Training
We are open to developing training around introductions to narrative therapy/meeting people where they are at/ creating supportive spaces
Adolescents
We have worked with adolescents as they navigate numerous issues, from social media, generalised anxiety, identity questions, bullying, abuse, depression to name a few. We love working with young people as they emerge more into their own identities. We have found that the online meeting space can be a useful space for young people to meet from the privacy of their own home. We can also offer nature based therapy, where we may meet for a walk, or even a coffee and a chat if preferable (and dependent on location).

Workbooks
While Sarah was based in Arnhem Land and via funding from NTPHN she was able to collaborate with the Ramingining School, women’s shelter and local community members to develop several Narrative Therapy inspired workbooks from a social and emotional perspective. Click here for more information.
